Vit KD pairs high-strength vitamin D3 with vitamin K2 (as MK-7) in one capsule, for adults with low sun exposure or low vitamin D. Both D3 and K2 are fat-soluble vitamins, which is why the capsule is taken with a meal that contains some fat.
