Meth-D pairs methylcobalamin (the active form of vitamin B12) with vitamin D3, two nutrients linked to nerve function, red blood cell production and calcium absorption. Ultrapin is a topical cold cream that cools on contact and then settles into a soothing warmth on muscle aches, joint stiffness and minor body pains. The texture is light, it absorbs quickly and it does not leave skin sticky.
