- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using this site, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
- Account Creation: To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. If a product arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you. In all other cases your remedy is a return under our Return and Refund Policy.
4. Orders and Payments
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or any other issue.
- Payment: Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees. We accept cash on delivery anywhere we ship, and advance payment by bank transfer to the account shown at checkout. Only the methods offered at checkout are accepted. Payment methods, prices and availability can change without notice.
- Cash on delivery: Please have the exact order total ready for the courier. Orders refused at the door or undelivered after repeated attempts may be cancelled, and we may decline cash on delivery on future orders.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery is charged by region and starts at PKR 250; the exact charge for your address is shown at checkout once you enter your city. Larger orders qualify for free delivery, and the threshold depends on your region:

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Typical delivery after dispatch is 2 to 5 working days in Punjab and Islamabad, 3 to 6 working days in Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and 5 to 9 working days in Balochistan, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan. These are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other factors beyond our control. 6. Health Products and Content
The supplements and wellness products we sell are dietary supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they do not replace advice from a doctor or pharmacist. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a health condition or taking other medication.
Some items we stock, such as contraceptive and hormone tablets, are prescription or pharmacist-guided medicines. We supply them for use as directed by your own doctor or pharmacist, and we do not give dosage or treatment advice.

7. Returns and Refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy has the full detail. In short: unopened, unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging. Opened skincare, makeup and supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued within 5 to 7 working days of us receiving the item, to your original payment method or by bank transfer for cash on delivery orders.

9. Customer Reviews and Communications
