Delivery charges
Delivery is charged by region, starting at PKR 250 — your exact charge is shown at checkout once you enter your city. Larger orders qualify for free delivery; the threshold depends on your region:

Coverage and timing
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days, and most deliveries arrive within 2-5 working days depending on your city.
Payment
Cash on Delivery is available everywhere we ship. You can also pay in advance with JazzCash, Easypaisa, card, or bank transfer at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also check status any time at Track Order.
Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take in Pakistan?
Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad orders typically arrive in 2 to 3 working days. Other major cities take 3 to 4 days, and remote areas can take up to 5 to 7 working days. Orders confirmed before 2 PM ship the same day.
Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes, cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. You pay the courier at the doorstep when your order arrives. No advance payment required for COD orders. One note: when a confirmed COD order is refused at the door, the courier still charges us the full round trip, so addresses that refuse confirmed orders are flagged and future orders from them require advance payment (COD is no longer offered to a flagged address).
When does free shipping apply?
Larger orders ship free automatically — from PKR 5,000 in Punjab, with a slightly higher threshold for other regions (the exact figure shows in your cart and at checkout). Below that, the delivery fee for your city is calculated at checkout.
Which courier services do you use?
We dispatch via TCS, Leopards, M&P, and BlueEx depending on your delivery zone. You receive a tracking number by email and SMS as soon as your parcel is collected.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, if your order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us through the help page with your order number and the corrected address; we will update it before the parcel ships.
