Are your products genuine?
Yes. We source every product through authorised channels and never sell counterfeits or replicas.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Punjab and Islamabad usually arrive in 2 to 5 working days, Sindh and KPK in 3 to 6 working days, and Balochistan, AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan in 5 to 9 working days.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is charged by region, starting at PKR 250. Larger orders ship free, and the threshold depends on where you are:

Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available everywhere we ship in Pakistan. Bank transfer is the other option if you prefer to pay in advance, and the account details are shown at checkout. Card and mobile wallet payments are not available at the moment, and checkout always lists the methods that are live.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, and you can check the status any time at Track Order.
What is your return policy?
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Full details are on the Returns & Refunds page.
Are the supplements you sell medicines?
No. They are dietary supplements, not medicines, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the label and follow the directions on the pack. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking other medication or managing a health condition, check with your doctor before starting a supplement. Our full disclaimer covers this.
Who reviews your health articles?
Health and supplement articles are written by our editorial team and reviewed by a doctor from our Medical Review Board. The reviewer is named on the article, and every board member is listed with their qualifications.
How do I contact you?

Are your products authentic?
Yes, every product we list is sourced from authorised distributors or direct from international brand websites. We do not stock counterfeits, and serial-coded items can be verified on the brand website.
How do I track my order?
Open the Track Order page and enter your order number along with the email or phone number used at checkout. You will see the live courier status plus a link directly to the courier tracking page.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Not at the moment. We ship only within Pakistan, with cash on delivery available nationwide. Any additional payment options we support are shown at checkout.
How can I contact customer support?
