Femeez and Vit KD from NB Sons, sold together for adult women. Femeez is a blend of chaste berry extract, magnesium, vitamins B6 and B12, ginger and chamomile extracts. Vit KD is high-strength vitamin D3 with vitamin K2 (MK-7), for adults with low sun exposure. The pack costs less than buying the two separately.
What is in it: Femeez: Chaste berry extract (USP) 40 mg, magnesium oxide (BP) 100 mg, vitamin B6 (BP) 50 mg, vitamin B12 (BP) 2.5 mg, ginger extract (BP) 200 mg, chamomile extract (BP) 100 mg. Vit KD: Vitamin D3 (USP) 10,000 IU, vitamin K2 (USP) 180 mcg.
Directions: Femeez can be taken daily with meals. Vit KD is one capsule daily, ideally with a meal that contains some fat. Femeez is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless a healthcare professional advises it, and ask your doctor before starting Vit KD if you are pregnant, nursing or taking blood-thinning medication.
