Ferosim is an iron tablet for people whose diet runs low in iron: lots of chai, not much red meat. It uses iron bisglycinate, a chelated form the body absorbs relatively efficiently and one that is kinder to the stomach than traditional iron salts, alongside L-methylfolate and vitamin C, which helps the iron get absorbed. Suitable for teens and adults, and during pregnancy on your doctor's advice.
