How to Use
Follow the directions on each pack: FOL Chew 1 to 2 chewable tablets daily, with or without meals; Ferosim after food, tablets with a glass of water; Greelac 1 capsule daily with a meal, after delivery only (not for use during pregnancy); Simfolic and Repro-F as directed on the pack or by your doctor. Repro-F (30 capsules): vitamin D3 600 IU, vitamin E 30 mg, vitamin C 90 mg, vitamin B1 8 mg, vitamin B2 5 mg, vitamin B3 20 mg, vitamin B6 10 mg, folic acid 400 mcg, vitamin B12 20 mcg, biotin 150 mcg, pantothenic acid 6 mg, magnesium (as oxide) 60 mg, iron (as sulphate) 14 mg, zinc (as sulphate) 15 mg, copper (as sulphate) 1 mg, sodium selenite 50 mcg, potassium iodide 140 mcg, L-arginine 100 mg, inositol 50 mg. FOL Chew (30 chewable tablets): L-methylfolate (USP) 400 mcg per tablet. Ferosim: per film-coated tablet iron bisglycinate 130 mg, L-methylfolate 200 mcg, vitamin C 50 mg (syrup, per 10 ml: iron bisglycinate 130 mg equivalent to 26 mg elemental iron, L-methylfolate 100 mcg, vitamin C 25 mg). Greelac (20 capsules): fenugreek 610 mg per capsule.
Usage Tips
Pair with a balanced diet rich in leafy greens and whole grains. Ferosim already contains vitamin C to help iron absorption; take it after food and keep milk 1 to 2 hours away from it, as calcium can reduce iron uptake. Store in a cool dry place.

When should I start prenatal supplements?
Most doctors suggest starting folate 1 to 3 months before conception and continuing through pregnancy. Confirm timing with your OB/GYN.
Will it cause nausea?
Take Ferosim after food and Greelac with a meal, as the packs direct; FOL Chew can be taken with or without meals. Ferosim uses iron bisglycinate, a form NB Sons describes as gentler on the stomach for many people than traditional iron salts.
How long should I continue?
