It combines folic acid 400 mcg, the amount commonly taken by women planning a pregnancy, with iron, the B vitamins, vitamins C, D3 and E, zinc, selenium, iodine, L-arginine and inositol in one tablet, as part of daily nutrition alongside balanced eating, exercise and good sleep.
