Test with your first urine of the morning for the strongest result. Collect a small sample in any clean, dry cup. Dip the strip up to the marked line for 10 seconds, lay it flat, and read the result at 5 minutes. Two lines means pregnant, one line means not pregnant, even if the second line is faint. Do not read the strip after 10 minutes. If the result is negative but your period does not come, test again after 2 to 3 days.

How do I use the strips?
Collect urine in a clean, dry container and dip the strip to the marked line for about 10 seconds. Lay it flat and read the result at 5 minutes, not later.
I can see a second line but it is very faint. Am I pregnant?
Most likely yes. Any second line that appears within the reading time counts as positive; a faint line reflects low early hCG. Test again after 2 or 3 days with another strip from the pack and the line should be darker.
When is the best time to test?
From the first day of your missed period, with first morning urine, the strips are about 99 percent accurate when used correctly. This is also why the pack holds 5 strips: if you test early or get a faint result, you can retest without buying again.
