How to Use
Wet your face with lukewarm water, work a dime-sized amount of one cleanser into a lather, massage it in gentle circles avoiding the eye area, then rinse well and pat dry. CeraVe lists the Hydrating Facial Cleanser and the Acne Control Cleanser for morning and evening use, and the Renewing SA Cleanser can be used on face and body. If skin feels dry or starts to peel, drop the salicylic acid formulas back to once a day. Follow with a moisturiser, and sunscreen every morning.
Ingredients
Hydrating Facial Cleanser: three essential ceramides (NP, AP, EOP), hyaluronic acid, glycerin. Renewing SA Cleanser: salicylic acid, three essential ceramides, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid. Acne Control Cleanser: salicylic acid 2% (active), niacinamide, hectorite clay, three essential ceramides. All three are fragrance-free. See each bottle for the full ingredient list.
Usage Tips
Use one cleanser per wash, not two. If your skin is dry or reacts easily, start the salicylic acid formulas every other day and build up as your skin tolerates them. Keep wearing sunscreen every morning while you are exfoliating. Store the bottles upright, away from heat and direct sun.
