Biotin is a B vitamin your body uses to turn food into energy, and Nature's Bounty sells it to support healthy hair, skin and nails. Each softgel carries 10,000 mcg of d-biotin in a rapid release shell, so one a day with a meal is the whole routine. The bottle holds 120 softgels, which is four months at the label dose.

There is no gluten, wheat, milk, lactose, sugar or artificial flavour in it. The shell is gelatin, so it is not vegetarian. This is a high dose: the label asks you to check with a doctor before taking more than 2,500 mcg a day, and before use if you are pregnant, nursing or on medication.
How to Use
Adults take one softgel a day, preferably with a meal, and no more than that. Speak to your doctor first if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, and mention that you take biotin before any blood test, because high-dose biotin can affect some lab results. Store at room temperature, keep out of reach of children, and do not use if the seal under the cap is broken or missing.
