Minoxin Plus is a 5% minoxidil topical solution (Minoxidil USP 50 mg per ml) by Brookes Pharma, Karachi — an over-the-counter medicine indicated for androgenetic (pattern) hair loss: vertex baldness in men and diffuse frontoparietal thinning in women. It comes as a 60 ml bottle with a metered spray applicator; six pumps release approximately the 1 ml dose.
What to expect

Note: This is a medicine — read the enclosed leaflet before use. Do not use if pregnant or nursing, or under 18. Do not combine with other scalp topicals such as corticosteroids or retinoids. If you experience chest pain, rapid heartbeat, dizziness or swelling, stop use and consult a doctor.
How to Use
Apply 1 ml (about six pumps) to a thoroughly dry scalp twice daily, starting at the centre of the affected area — do not exceed 2 ml per day. Wash hands thoroughly after applying, avoid contact with eyes and broken skin (rinse well with cool water if it happens), and don't blow-dry the solution in, as heat reduces its effectiveness. External use only.
