The Ordinary 7% Glycolic Acid Toner 240 ml

Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner is a water-based exfoliating toner formulated with 7% glycolic acid, an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that removes dead skin cells to reveal a smoother, more even texture. With regular use it promotes brighter, more radiant looking skin and reduces the look of fine lines, wrinkles and other signs of ageing.

The formula also contains aloe leaf water, Panax ginseng root extract and a Tasmanian pepperberry derivative, a plant extract that helps soothe the skin and reduce the irritation often associated with exfoliation, so the toner suits frequent use. This natural ingredient may cause seasonal colour variation in the formula. The toner has a pH of approximately 3.6.

Use it on the face and neck. It can also be applied to the scalp to help rebalance, hydrate and reduce dryness, and to small rough or bumpy areas on the body. The formula is alcohol-free, oil-free and silicone-free.

Do not use on sensitive, peeling or compromised skin. Glycolic acid increases the skin's sensitivity to sunlight, so use sunscreen and protective clothing while using this product and for a week afterwards. Do not combine it in the same routine with retinoids, direct acids, direct vitamin C, EUK 134, copper peptides, peptides or niacinamide powder. The Ordinary suggests using it in the evening and following with SPF during the day.
