How to Use
Always dilute before topical use: around 15 drops per 50ml of carrier oil (coconut, almond, olive or argan), or 2 to 3 drops per tablespoon, then massage into the scalp or skin. For aromatherapy, add 5 to 7 drops to a water-filled diffuser. Patch test the diluted oil on your inner elbow and wait 30 minutes before first use.

Can I put rosemary essential oil straight onto my scalp?
No. It is a concentrate and must be diluted first. Conatural recommends about 15 drops in 50ml of a carrier oil such as coconut, almond, olive or argan (or 2 to 3 drops per tablespoon), then massaging it into the scalp.
How do I use it in a diffuser?
Add 5 to 7 drops to a water-filled diffuser. For a reed diffuser, mix 3 to 5 drops with a carrier oil in the container.
Is it safe to use during pregnancy or with allergies?
Conatural advises pregnant women to consult a doctor before use, and says the oil is not suitable for people with nut allergies. It is for external use only: keep it away from eyes and out of reach of children.
How long does the bottle keep?
Conatural gives a shelf life of two years from manufacture and recommends using it within a year of opening. Store it below 25C, away from sunlight.
