Collect a small urine sample in a clean, dry cup, first urine of the morning if possible. Dip the strip to the marked line for 10 seconds, lay it flat, and read at 5 minutes. Two lines means pregnant, even if faint; one line means not pregnant. Do not read after 10 minutes.
