Medicube's Kojic Acid Turmeric Brightening Gel Mask is a single-use jelly gel sheet mask (28 g, 1 sheet) made with kojic acid, turmeric root extract and 2% niacinamide. The soft, cooling gel sits on the skin for hours rather than minutes, and the golden sheet turns transparent as the essence absorbs, so you can see when it is done.
It is made for dull, uneven-looking and tired skin. Medicube lists it for all skin types (combination, dry, normal, oily and sensitive), says it is dermatologist-tested and free from artificial colours, and reports in its own clinical test a 32.2% improvement in skin elasticity, 7.8% in texture and 74.5% in surface hydration after one use (results may vary).
Apply after toner or serum, leave on for 3 to 4 hours or overnight, then peel off once transparent and pat any leftover essence into the skin. There is no rinsing. The eye and mouth cut-outs can go on the sides of the nose or the neck.

How to Use
Cleanse and apply toner or serum first. Lay the sheet over the face, avoiding eyes and lips. Daytime: leave on for 3 to 4 hours or until it turns transparent. Overnight: apply at the end of your routine and remove when you wake. Peel off, pat any remaining essence into the skin and do not rinse. Handle gently to avoid tearing; the eye and mouth cut-outs can be placed on the sides of the nose, under the eyes or on the neck. Use 2 to 3 times a week.

How long do I leave the mask on?
Medicube recommends 3 to 4 hours during the day, or overnight at the end of your routine. Its own FAQ says 1 to 4 hours depending on your skin, and you still get the benefit if the sheet does not turn fully clear.
Do I rinse it off afterwards?
No. Peel the sheet off once it has gone transparent and pat the remaining essence into your skin. Do not rinse.
