After taking the full 30-day supply, I can say that I feel generally more refreshed, and my skin is maybe slightly smoother and better hydrated, particularly compared to other cheaper multivitamin supplements. However, the dramatic anti-aging or "whitening" effects promised in the description weren't visible for me.
