Composition (per product)
- Movin: maternal nutrition powder with vitamins A, C, D3, E, K2 and B-complex, plus calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium, iodine, selenium, copper and electrolytes.
- FOL Chew: chewable tablets, L-methylfolate (USP) 400 mcg each, the active form of folate.
- Greelac: capsules, fenugreek 610 mg each, a traditional galactagogue.
Directions: Movin, stir 5 level scoops (about 48.6 g) into 190 mL of water and drink it fresh. FOL Chew, 1 to 2 chewable tablets a day. Greelac, 1 capsule a day with a meal, after delivery while you are breastfeeding. Greelac is not recommended during pregnancy. Take all three under the guidance of your doctor.

They are meant for different stages rather than all at once. Movin and FOL Chew suit the pregnancy months, while Greelac is not recommended during pregnancy, so start that one after delivery.
When should I start each product?
Folate matters most before and during early pregnancy, so FOL Chew is for when you are planning to conceive and the early months. Movin runs through pregnancy and lactation for daily nutrition, and Greelac is for the breastfeeding stage.
Will Movin increase my milk supply?
Movin supports your nutrition during the lactation period, which is only one of the things that affects milk production. Feeding pattern, hydration and rest matter too.
Do I need to ask my doctor first?
Yes, show all three to the doctor managing your pregnancy, especially if you take prescribed medicines or have a thyroid, hormonal or diabetes-related condition. They add nutritional support and do not replace prescribed prenatal care.
