<p>When ordinary baby lotion is not enough, parents move to this thicker cream. It contains 1% colloidal oatmeal and ceramide, and the label lists it for dry, itchy, irritated skin in babies prone to eczema.</p><p>It is steroid free, fragrance free and paraben free, and it carries the National Eczema Association seal in the US. How to Use
Apply to dry or irritated areas as often as needed, or as your doctor advises. Works well straight after the bath on slightly damp skin.
