X-Fit is a daily tablet for adult men from NB Sons. It combines L-arginine, an amino acid, with Tribulus terrestris, a botanical with a long history of traditional use, and three nutrients: zinc (as L-Optizinc), selenium and vitamin E, a fat-soluble antioxidant vitamin.
What is in it (per tablet): L-Arginine (USP) 100 mg, Vitamin E (Ph.Eur) 100 mg, Tribulus Terrestris (JP) 300 mg, L-Optizinc (USP) 40 mg, Selenium (Ph.Eur) 33 mcg.
Directions: Take one tablet daily with a meal, or as recommended by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Not for women or anyone under 18. Men with a long-term medical condition or on blood-thinning medicines should speak to their doctor first.
