How to Use
Pull out about 45cm of floss and wind most of it around your middle fingers. Slide it gently between two teeth, curve it into a C shape against one tooth and move it up and down below the gumline. Use a fresh section for each gap.

Waxed or unwaxed?
Waxed slides more easily between tight teeth. Unwaxed is thinner and some people prefer the squeak that tells them a tooth is clean.

Light bleeding is common when you start flossing. If it continues after a couple of weeks, see a dentist.
