Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water 400ml is a no-rinse cleanser that removes makeup, cleanses and soothes in one step. Micelles in the water capture dirt, sebum and makeup, so a soaked cotton pad lifts them away without harsh rubbing. Use it on the face, eyes and lips.
It suits all skin types, including sensitive skin. The formula is hypoallergenic and made without alcohol, perfume or parabens, and one 400ml bottle gives around 200 uses. How to Use
Soak a cotton pad with the water. For the eyes, hold the pad over closed lids for a few seconds, then wipe gently. For the face, wipe until the pad comes away clean. No rinsing needed. Use daily, morning and evening.
