A two-step liquid lipstick from KIKO Milano, 6 ml in total: a coloured base at one end and a transparent gloss at the other. The base is transfer-proof, water-resistant and velvety, and the colour holds for up to 16 hours.
Base colour: a mix of film-forming polymers helps it adhere evenly and dry quickly, so the colour stays put without smudging or fading.
Lip gloss top coat: a clear formula that adds a mirror-like shine over the base colour.
Two applicators are built into the packaging, a flocked one for the base colour and a pen applicator for the gloss, so each texture goes on in the right amount. Dermatologically tested.
How to Use
1) Apply the colour base to clean, moisturised lips, starting from the centre and working out to the corners in an even layer. 2) Wait 30 to 60 seconds for the base to dry completely. 3) Apply the transparent lip gloss over the base colour for a mirror-like shine.

Top coat: Dimethicone, Cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 Dimethicone, Cera Microcristallina (Microcrystalline Wax), Paraffin, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-di-t-butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate.
Usage Tips
Let the base colour dry for a full 30 to 60 seconds before adding the gloss. Applying the gloss too soon can drag the base colour and dull the finish.
