Milk Makeup Cooling Water Jelly Tint is a jelly blush and lip stain in a twist-up 5 g (0.17 oz) stick. It goes on with a cool, refreshing feel and leaves a sheer, buildable burst of colour that stains soft and stays put through the day. Milk Makeup describes it as a first of its kind and 16-times award-winning.
The bouncy jelly formula is made with skincare: vegan collagen to help skin look firm, aloe to soothe and refresh, and seawater for hydration and that cooling effect. It is non-comedogenic and non-acnegenic, and the brand states it is clean, vegan, cruelty-free and 90% natural.
Swipe or swirl the stick straight onto cheeks and lips, then blend fast with fingers, a brush or a sponge, working one cheek at a time because it sets quickly. Add layers for a brighter pop.

How to Use
On first use, twist the stick up, then twist off the protective cap and discard it. Gently swipe or swirl the stick directly onto lips and cheeks. It dries fast, so work one cheek at a time and blend quickly with fingers, a brush or a sponge. Build to the colour you want. Close the cap tightly until it clicks and store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. To remove the stain completely, use an oil-based cleanser.

Usage Tips
Sweep a brush over the stick and then onto cheeks for a softer, more diffused blush. Swipe on extra layers for more intense colour. Keep the stick in the fridge for an even cooler feel on application. Close the cap tightly after each use.
