The 9ml tube comes with a soft doe-foot applicator, and the formula is creamy enough to blend out thin without dragging on the under-eye. Sweet almond oil and vitamin E keep the area comfortable rather than dry. It is waterproof, sweat-proof and transfer-proof, so it stays put through a hot day. Fragrance-free and non-comedogenic.

How to Use
Apply a small amount in an inverted triangle under the eyes and dab directly onto dark spots and blemishes. Blend with a damp sponge or fingertip, build a second thin layer only where you want more coverage, then set lightly with powder where you crease first.
