Dr.Althea Gentle Vitamin C Serum gets its vitamin C from sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides) fruit water, 20% of the formula, with green tea water to keep it calm on the skin. It is the softer of Dr.Althea's two vitamin C serums and a good first one if pure vitamin C serums have stung or broken you out before.
The texture is light and dries without stickiness, so it sits well under sunscreen in humid weather. Use it in the morning for a brighter, more even look over time and to soften the look of dark marks.
