The Real Techniques Face Base Set brings together four face brushes to stipple, buff and blend a seamless base. The brushes were designed for cream formulas but work with liquids and powders too, and suit beginners as well as professionals.

Directions: start with a cream foundation application using 256, conceal precisely with 257, sculpt your cheekbones with 258 and set with 402. Clean weekly with a brush cleansing gel for better performance.

How to Use

Apply cream or liquid foundation with the 256 Ultra Buff brush, using its flat top to buff for maximum coverage. Spot conceal with the 257 Small Conceal brush. Define and sculpt cheekbones with the 258 Flat Contour brush. Finish by dusting setting or highlighting powder with the 402 Setting brush. Clean weekly.

Usage Tips

Use the foundation brush with stippling motions instead of dragging for the smoothest finish. Keep the brushes in a holder bristles-up after they dry. Don't soak the ferrule, it can loosen the glue.
