Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Seeker Highlighter is a hybrid baked powder gel with the high reflectivity of a liquid and the weightlessness of a powder, so you get a multi-dimensional, wet-look shine with a refined second-skin finish and no fallout. The texture glides on and builds from a soft glow up to a full strobe. It can be used dry or wet, anywhere on the face, body, eyes and lips.

It comes in a rose gold compact with a large mirror inside. Talc-free, paraben-free, fragrance-free, vegan and cruelty-free.
How to Use
Sweep a brush gently across the pan to pick up product, then apply to the areas you want to accentuate: upper cheekbones, the bridge and tip of the nose, cupid's bow and collarbone. Layer for more intensity. For a wetter, more intense shine, spritz your brush or a damp sponge with setting spray before you pick up the powder. It also works tapped onto the lids or inner corners of the eyes.

Usage Tips
Apply highlighter after foundation and blush but before setting spray for the most natural finish. Dampen your brush with a setting spray to intensify the shine for evening or wedding looks. Store away from direct sunlight to protect the pearl pigments.
