Tarte is an American makeup brand founded in New York City by Maureen Kelly, who still runs it as CEO. It makes complexion, lip and eye makeup and brushes, describes its whole range as cruelty-free, and is best known for Shape Tape concealer and its Amazonian clay blush and foundations.
